MCA Resolve review.
Merchant cash advance settlement
Solid Google rating, a 3.27 on BBB, two BBB profiles under two different trade names, and reports of fees taken before any creditor was contacted.
Our verdict
MCA Resolve works advances as its actual practice, and on focus alone it scores better than several consumer firms ranked above it. That is where the good news stops.
The split between platforms is the tell. A 4.4 average on Google against a 2.7 on Trustpilot is not noise, it is two different populations describing two different experiences, and in this industry the gap usually opens between what happens at the sales call and what happens ninety days later. BBB has twenty-four complaints on file and has not accredited the company. It is named in multiple funder lawsuits.
The specific complaint pattern is the one our methodology treats as disqualifying: fees collected before the firm made contact with a creditor. Our rubric calls that an automatic zero rather than a deduction, and the only reason MCA Resolve is ranked here at all rather than left off is that the pattern appears in complaints rather than in a documented fee policy. It still costs them almost everything in two columns.
What we like
- Genuine MCA specialization
- 4.4 Google average across 186 reviews
What gave us pause
- 2.7 Trustpilot average across 86 reviews, a wide split from its Google score
- BBB B, not accredited, with 24 complaints on file
- Complaints describe fees collected before any creditor contact
- Two BBB profiles at the same Delray Beach address: one populated and rated B, one empty and rated A+
- Named in multiple funder lawsuits, one of which survived motions to dismiss in January 2026
Who it’s for
- Hard to recommend over the specialists ranked above it
Who should look elsewhere
- Owners who cannot afford to lose a fee and still owe the balance
- Anyone with a COJ or active litigation

What complaints and critics wrote
“MCA Resolve took 24k of which all was take for fees. MCA Resolve employee's told me that they have not yet reached a point where they would contact creditors and they had a system which to me not contacting the creditors was the number 1 issue 59.9% MCA's is stealing and illegal and apparently so is MCA Resolve because I tried getting answers and the answer was to keep paying and they kept taking. Even after I put a stop to the withdrawals they still continued and now bankruptcy looks to be the only answer to get them gone.”

“MCA Resolve, LLC also does business as Resolve Capital Consolidation, possibly to avoid people seeing their poor customer reviews and stacks of complaints. I'm glad I stopped paying them after already paying $759.51 for no reason whatsoever because they did not help me at all. They kept the money as their "fees" and did not provide any of the services promised. I stopped hearing from them in December when I stopped the payments. They didn't even send me the termination notice until May 8, 2025. I emailed them and tried calling multiple times. When I finally spoke to someone, he said my program was terminated long ago and the money I paid went to their fees, even though they did absolutely nothing. They did not keep trying to negotiate with the creditor or provide any legal representation. They took my money and ran. This company is a complete scam. Stay away from MCA Resolve, LLC, DBA Resolve Capital Consolidation.”

“I acquired a Mac loan from a different lender. after a few weeks I received a call from MCA Resolve telling me I obtained a predatory loan and they could lower my payments in half and clear my debt with the other lender without affecting my credit. So I proceeded to sign up with MCA Resolve. I was instructed to stop payments with other lender and forward any communications to [name withheld]. after collecting over 8000$ from me I received a lien on my business. After researching further [name withheld] made no attempts to reach out to other lender and just pocketed my $”

The company replied[name withheld], You enrolled in a **24-month** program with MCA Resolve and canceled after only 3 months, without giving us the opportunity to assist you as agreed. Please keep in mind that you joined our program after advising us of the financial hardship you were experiencing, and our goal has always been to help you resolve the loans you had taken on. Regarding the lien you mentioned, its important to note that it was filed in the state prior to your enrollment with our company. While we understand your frustration, MCA Resolve did not cause that filing, and we remained prepared to support you through the program should you decide to continue in the program.

Court records are public and they change. A filed complaint contains allegations, not findings, and a case appearing here is not a conclusion that the company did anything wrong. Where a case ended, we say how it ended. Where we could not confirm a docket, we say that too. One limit worth knowing: free docket sources show only what someone has already paid to fetch, so a case we describe as open may have been resolved since the date shown against it. Treat every date here as the last time the record was refreshed, not as today. Last verified August 24, 2026.
