What we collect
When you browse this site we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. When you submit a form we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the debt range you select, and any message you write.
How form submissions are used
The free debt review form exists to connect you with our #1-rated partner, Delancey Street, and that is exactly where submissions go: your name, phone number, and debt range are shared with them so a senior advisor can call you back. That sharing is stated next to the form before you submit. Contact-page submissions go to our editorial team and are not shared with partners.
What we don’t do
We do not sell browsing data, we do not run third-party ad networks on this site, and we do not share form submissions with anyone beyond the partner named at the point of collection.
Retention and your choices
Form records are retained for as long as needed to operate the referral relationship and meet legal obligations. To have your submission deleted, to opt out of further contact, or to ask what we hold about you, use the contact page and we will handle it promptly. To stop calls from a partner you were connected with, you can also tell them directly; reputable firms honor that immediately.
