Our verdict

Corporate Rescue Advisors was formed in May 2025. It has an F from the Better Business Bureau, is not accredited, and has failed to respond to complaints on file. Reaching an F inside the first year takes effort, because the grade is driven substantially by whether a company answers its complaints at all.

Set the 4.3 Trustpilot average against that. Seventy reviews accumulated in under a year, on a platform where a company can solicit them, sitting next to a regulator-facing profile the company will not answer. When those two signals disagree this sharply, the one the company cannot curate is the one to believe. Public reviews also carry a fraud allegation, which we note as an allegation and nothing more.

Florida filings put the entity at L25000220599, organized May 16, 2025, with Adam Cuddyer and Andre Ham as managers. Cuddyer is also a listed principal of Eastern Financial Partners, ranked #19 here. That is a management overlap established by corporate records, which is a firmer thing than the vaguer shared-accounts claim we found on a competitor site and are not repeating. Note also that Frank Venezio, named as a principal of this company on that same list, appears in no corporate filing for it as manager or officer.

What satisfied customers wrote

There are none. This company’s review average is 1.0 out of 5 across all 2 reviews on file, which is only arithmetically possible if every single one is a one-star. We looked for something positive to publish and there was nothing to find.

“[name withheld] me for over 20k. Stay far away!! I signed up with them to help me settle an MCA and they put me on a weekly payment which is was less than them. After 4 months I started asking what going on and have they even contacted the other MCA people that keep calling and harassing me. They them completely ignored me and stop answering any questions and put me on a DONOT CALL LIST!!! How in the world are we allowing companies like this still be in business and [name withheld]! Someone please help me? Can anyone help me with legal advise?”

The company repliedHi [name withheld], thank you for taking the time to share your review. We sincerely apologize that your experience is not what you expected. You enrolled in a longer program with us, 16 months, and the best settlement offers occur at the tail-end of programs, not at the beginning. During your tenure with us, we were saving you almost 50% of your payments, which was injecting immediate cash flow back into your business. At the 5-month [name withheld] things seemed to have gotten shaky and a cancellation request was made. We do highly encourage clients to stay the full term, ride it out, and your business will get more than expected. Jumping ship less than mid-way is not advantageous for anyone. We would love to chat with you about this, maybe have you reconsider completing the program, with some special incentives! Please email [name withheld]& we assure it will be responded to promptly. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks again. All the best. Corporate Rescue Advisors [name withheld] Team

“I began working with this company in October 2025. To date, the company has taken $11,473.30 from my business via ACH payments. Due to ongoing issues described below, I placed a stop payment on 2 payments Summary of issues [name withheld] led me to believe they would be in communication with my creditor after approximately one month. After a couple of months passed with no clear progress, I asked when they would actually begin performing the services they [name withheld] resented. … When I attempted to call for support, I reached only a generic voicemail and did not receive call-backs. Multiple different numbers I have tried to call and all are generic voice mails. … However, when I call that number, it goes to a generic voicemail. Now the voicemail indicates it is full, and I am unable to leave a message. … Not one [name withheld] has gone to my creditor. Corporate Rescue Advisors have taken all the money for themselves.”

The court record

Lawsuits involving Corporate Rescue Advisors

2 matters naming this company, grouped by who did the suing, because those are not the same fact. We confirmed 1 against a court record ourselves. The other 1 is listed as compiled by a third party with the docket unverified, and each one says so.

Lawsuits involving Corporate Rescue Advisors (2)

Each entry is tagged by who brought it. A funder suing a settlement firm and a client suing one are close to opposite facts, so read the tag before the caption.

Claims we could not verify, and therefore do not state as fact: “Specialty Capital, LLC v. Corporate Rescue Advisors, LLC, Eastern Financial Partners; and Frank Venezio” (https://www.beaconclient.com/lawsuitsentities and https://www.beaconclient.com/settlementlawsuits (lead list published by competitor Beacon Client Solutions, LLC)); “Finish Line Maintenance Services LLC v. Corporate Rescue Advisors, LLC — Broward County Clerk” (beacon-leads.md). Each appears online with no court, caption, or docket behind it. We list them so you know we looked.

Part of this list was compiled by Beacon Client Solutions, which is itself a debt-resolution firm and a competitor of most companies it names. We reproduce its entries because the captions are real and checkable, we verified what we could, and we label the rest rather than dropping them. Read the selection with its source in mind, ours included.

Court records are public and they change. A filed complaint contains allegations, not findings, and a case appearing here is not a conclusion that the company did anything wrong. Where a case ended, we say how it ended. Where we could not confirm a docket, we say that too. One limit worth knowing: free docket sources show only what someone has already paid to fetch, so a case we describe as open may have been resolved since the date shown against it. Treat every date here as the last time the record was refreshed, not as today. Last verified August 24, 2026.
